1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern all transfer bookings made through https://transfers.taxip.ch. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Taxi P 5000 via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable. The price is fixed at the time of booking confirmation and covers door-to-door transport for up to 7 persons including standard luggage. Return trips are available at a 15% discount when booked at the same time as the outbound journey.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- 💳 Online payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- 📱 TWINT
- 💵 Cash on the day of transfer
For online bookings, payment may be required at the time of booking. All online transactions are processed securely by our payment provider. Taxi P 5000 does not store or have access to your card details. In case of cancellation, refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup: full refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
- No-show: 100% of the fare will be charged, no refund
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Flight Tracking & Delays
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge. In the event of significant delays beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures, accidents), Taxi P 5000 cannot be held liable for missed connections.
7. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time and location. Taxi P 5000 is not liable for missed flights or connections due to late passenger arrival at the pickup point.
8. Luggage
Standard luggage and ski or snowboard equipment are included in the price. Excessive or oversized luggage must be declared at the time of booking. Taxi P 5000 is not liable for damage to luggage during transport unless caused by our proven negligence.
9. Child Seats
Child seats are available on request at no extra charge. Passengers are responsible for ensuring children are properly secured in the provided seats.
10. Liability
Taxi P 5000 holds valid liability insurance for passenger transport. Our liability is limited to direct damages resulting from our own proven negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland.
12. Changes
Taxi P 5000 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of booking applies.
